Printing the Euro Symbol

With much of the EU now using the Euro, it has become paramount that organisations using band printers are able to output the new currency symbol.

If you are having trouble, IDS can provide a simple solution that can be implemented within minutes without any changes being made to your host system.

A FunAsset TN Interface is used to convert a specific character allowing the printer to output the Euro symbol. Additionally, the system can be configured to provide mainframe printers with additional TCP/IP connectivity for use with Windows and UNIX based hosts.
