Printing

A high volume printing service is offered from two UK print centres each of which share print loads and act as a disaster recovery site for each other. Facilities include:

• A combined printing capacity of over 40 million pages per annum;
• Five 90 page per minute highlight colour laser printers, one 135 page per minute laser printer and the capability to send output to other designated printers, cold or via email;
• A flexible and creative print design service;
• Full version control and system testing of print designs, enhancements and modifications;
• Print management and distribution controlled by FunAsset’s SpoolQ system helping to ensure that the right print job, gets to the right place at the right time;
• A wide range of form processing and printing available – Standard bills, NNDR, CTAX, Payroll, Pay Advice, P60s and P45s, Debtors, Rent Accounting, Cheques and many more;
• A central and secure repository for all forms;
• Print finishing capacity of up to 12 million enveloped items with an overnight print and next day despatch capability.
